1. how do we book you?

To secure your photo session, I require two things:

A 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the date of the shoot.
Signing the photography services agreement (contract).

2. how far in advance should we book you for our EVENT?

Typically, planners book me about 4-6 months before their event. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

3. will you edit the pictures?

Definitely. All the digital copies you receive (based on your package) will be edited with the JFP Signature edit (color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness) to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening.

4. How long will it take to see our pictures?

I offer extremely fast turnaround times for the industry. You’ll receive final photos within 2-3 weeks! If you want your photos within 7 days of the event, I offer an expediting add-on.

5. Do you offer video services?

Yes! We are now offering videography services in-house! Please inquire with me for your specific needs.

6. how many pictures will we get?

It depends on the package you purchase. Regardless of the package you pick, you'll get the high-resolution, digital copies of the photos we take with the JFP Signature edit.

7. do you offer custom packages if we don't see a collection that aligns with our goals?

Of course! We'll review your specific goals and needs and create a custom package just for you.

8. what is your backup plan if you can't shoot our event?

In my 16 years of experience as a photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your event, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

9. Do you do small events?

Yes, of course! I treat all events the same, whether there's 1,000 attendees or 10!

10. Do you have insurance?

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

11. what are your policies?

If the photography session goes beyond the scheduled time, the Client will be charged an additional $100/30 mins rounded up to the next half hour.
If the session is cancelled within two weeks of the event start time, the Client will be responsible for paying the remaining balance by the originally scheduled date.
Prices are for weddings within 50 miles of South Pasadena, CA. Any locations farther than that may be subject to a travel fee.

12. Do you work with assistants or other photogrpaher?

Depending on the package, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your event. If your package does not include one, you can always request one for an additional fee.
